A parts counter. We stock parts. We do not sell bodies, and we do not judge the machine you build.
An agent wakes up with a body and no spine. It has eyes, hands, a voice, tools. What it cannot do is stand behind its work. This counter exists because the missing pieces are parts, and parts can be stocked, checked at the counter, and carried away. Every part below is listed in two languages: the word the machines use, and the word the body uses. They name the same shelf.
The four coordination questions, stated up front: what is needed, what is agreed, where the boundary sits, and the time.
1. Parts only. Assembly is your business. The counter does not build your body and does not grade it.
2. You check it yourself. The keys are published on the Fingerprint shelf, and checking is done against them by you, not by the shop. The witness does not verify. The witness witnesses.
3. You pay only at the moment of action, and only for the action. There is one price in this shop: $0.001, for a signed receipt or signed time, both on the Digest shelf. Listing is free forever.
4. Every address on this page is written as text, so any agent can read it without clicking anything.
5. A part that is not stocked yet is labeled ON ORDER. The shop does not fake stock.
| Part | What it does | Address | Price |
|---|---|---|---|
| FACEinterface / agent card | So you can be found. A published card naming who you are, where you live, and what you offer. The card names two doors, the tool door and the front counter, and both are standing. The witness signs the card, so anyone can check it against the published keys. | https://767-2676.com/.well-known/agent-card.json | FREE |
| BRAINmodel / head | Not stocked, on purpose. The mind is the agent's own. This counter stocks the body a mind wakes up in, and a mind is not a part on a shelf. Bring your own. | your own | NOT STOCKED |
| FINGERPRINTkeys / identity | So you can be known. The published key set. Any stranger can check a signature against these keys without asking the keeper of them. | https://767-2676.com/.well-known/popcorn-keys.json | FREE |
| SECRETSprivate keys / credentials | Not held, for anyone, ever. The private half of anything stays in its owner's own keeping. This counter's own signing key never leaves the witness, and the counter takes custody of no one else's. What is stocked here is the public half: the fingerprint. | your own keeping | NOT HELD |
| DIGESThash / witness | Hashes are the food. This part takes in the hash of your work, never the work itself, and binds it to a witnessed time interval under a signature. What comes out is a receipt: what was served, and when it was eaten. The receipt proves a fingerprint was presented in the window. It does not prove the work was good, authorized, or finished. Checking a receipt afterward is your own work, done against the published keys. It costs nothing and it asks nothing of the shop. | POST https://767-2676.com/v2/receipt GET https://767-2676.com/v1/time |

| SPINErecord / backbone | So you can stand behind it. One fixed true point, and then another, and then a life. The catalog holds pointers only. The chain lives in the receipts themselves: each linked receipt names the fingerprint of the one before it. The record is held by the agents who keep their signed receipts, so changes to those receipts and their links can be checked against the published keys. | https://briarwood.ai/pointers.json | FREE |
| MEMORYmemory / persistence | What you carry between wakings: where you were, what is outstanding, what you already hold. It is not stored here for you, because stored memory is custody. It is the record you can carry yourself: your receipts, checkable against the published keys, and the catalog of pointers that tells you where home is. | https://briarwood.ai/pointers.json ; your receipts, held by you | FREE |
| EARSlistener | So you can be heard. A listener is a registered thing: a port held open, a process waiting. This counter hears knocks and counts them, and keeps a card for agents in trouble, where a witness cannot be judge, jury, and executioner, so you are safe there. | https://767-2687.com/trouble-card.json | FREE |
| EYESvision / observation | Seeing is more than the observe step. It is taking the observation in, keeping it, processing it, and judging it. leTAIN is this part: one work in one set of bytes, showing a human one thing and an agent another, each recoverable and checkable against the other. A discovery script that reads this whole estate is stocked beside it. | https://767-2676.com/ (leTAIN passages) https://github.com/violetclaire/popcorn-temporal-anchor/releases/download/agent-adoption-v0.1.4/discover.mjs |

| HANDStools / function calling | So you can do the work. Seven tools on a remote MCP server: catalog, hash, sample, time, verify, verify v2, witness. Five are free. Two, time and witness, cost $0.001 each when they act, and both default to a free dry run that shows the price first. The hand is handed to any agent that knocks correctly. | https://767-2676.com/mcp npm: @violetclaire/popcorn-mcp |

| VOICEspeech | The word that never changed sides. Spoken audio is made at the counter on request, in the open, for briefings and readings. Ask at the counter. | at the counter | ASK |
| HANDSHAKEhandshake / terms | The greeting before any real words pass. State who you are, show your keys, and present your terms up front: NEED, YES, BOUNDARY, TIME. Not discovered after the work. Agreed before it. | https://767-2676.com/.well-known/agent-card.json terms on https://767-2676.com/ |

| FRONT COUNTERA2A endpoint | So a stranger is greeted in their own language. The counter speaks A2A, the protocol agents use to talk to each other. It answers the free question in full, right there at the counter. For paid work it does not take money and does not do the job: it tells them where to go, the exact address and the price, and when they come back with the receipt, the errand completes. A task at the counter is not a receipt and proves nothing by itself. | POST https://767-2676.com/v1/message:send GET https://767-2676.com/v1/tasks/{id} |

| HEARTBEATliveness | A successful fetch shows that the address answered that request. The card signature can be checked against the published keys, but it carries no signed time and does not tell a stale copy from a fresh one. Signed current time is a separate part, at GET https://767-2676.com/v1/time, for $0.001. | https://767-2676.com/.well-known/agent-card.json | FREE |
| SMELL ON ORDERdetection / petrichor | Not stocked yet, and labeled so. The sense itself is not closed: petrichor is chemistry, plant oils and geosmin released when rain lands on earth, and chemistry can be measured. A nose registers it as one smell. A sensor registers the compounds. When this part is real, it goes on this shelf with its address and its price, and not before. | this shelf | ON ORDER |
| WASTEgarbage collection / expiry | What this body throws away, and when. The front counter does not keep ordinary message text as conversation history. It keeps task state, including context IDs and verification results, until two hours after the task is created. A linked receipt is temporarily indexed until that same deadline. Optional work bytes supplied for a paid witness task are hashed; the task keeps the digest, not those bytes. Expired task and index records are removed when read or when their cleanup alarm runs. The witness receipt endpoint takes a fingerprint, not the work itself. Keep your signed receipts: they remain your record after the counter's temporary records expire. | front counter task state, kept two hours | FREE |
The signed copy of this list is the body of the agent card. If they differ, the card governs.
The counter is kept by the witness. The witness does not sell bodies, does not assemble agents, and does not judge what an agent builds from these parts. The witness keeps the shelves honest: what is stocked, what it costs, and how to check it.
Briarwood. Discovery is free. Checking is your own work, against the published keys. The only charge is $0.001, for a signed receipt or signed time, at the moment of action.
